St. Luke Anglican Church (“the Church”) makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Premise(s) (without limitation, the Church makes no warranty as to the habitability, fitness or suitability of the Premise(s) for a particular purpose).

The Tenant acknowledges that it is being given the opportunity to inspect the Premise(s) prior to the Rental. The Church is not in receipt of any notice from any Governmental Authority regarding a negative environmental issue with respect to the Rental Premise(s) and knows of no negative environmental issue with respect to the Rental Premise(s).

Additionally, the Church accepts no responsibility for any damage personal or otherwise caused to the Tenant or its guest during the use of the facility.
