Join us for a wonderful day of fellowship, food, shopping, and community at the St. Luke Anglican Church Flea Market! This exciting event brings together local vendors, artisans, small businesses, and community members for a vibrant marketplace filled with unique products, great bargains, and family-friendly activities.

Whether you sell clothing, produce, crafts, household items, baked goods, books, china, or specialty products, we invite you to become a vendor and showcase your items to the community.

The flea market will be held on the grounds of:

St. Luke Anglican Church Hall
Mount Hill, St. George, Barbados

Vendors may register for:

  • Table spaces
  • Boot

Vendor Registration Instructions

To register as a vendor:

  1. Complete the online registration form.
  2. Select the type of space you would like to rent.
  3. Indicate the category of items you intend to sell.
  4. Provide a brief description of your products.
  5. Submit your application for approval.

All vendor applications will be reviewed by the event ministry team. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions and available payment options, including:

  • Cash to Designated Member

After payment has been confirmed, you will receive a final confirmation email containing:

  • Your assigned booth/table/tent space number
  • Setup instructions
  • Event guidelines
  • Arrival and setup times

We encourage vendors to register early, as spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-approved, first-paid basis.
